About the Builder

Brian Markham founded Markham Homes, Inc. in 2003. With more than 35 year of experience in the construction industry his sense of pride and commitment to quality is apparent in every home he builds. He has established a company and staff that is dedicated to the art of craftsmanship and is focused on detail and design. Locally owned and operated in Northeast Washington, he remains involved in the community by supporting local schools and athletic activities and his favorite hobby is fishing.

At Markham Homes, Inc. there are a limited amount of homes built each year which allows Brian to be personally involved with each homebuilder throughout the building process to ensure a quality built home years down the road.
